CAKE CONTRACT

Deposits: I require a 50% initial non-refundable deposit to secure your order.

Final payment: This is due day of the order due date. I reserve the right to hold the order until payment is received.

Rush orders: Requests made 2 days before due date may be subject to rush order fees (fees applicable to change)

Changes: I’ll do my best to accommodate any changes that are needed 2 days before the order due date. Please note extra charges may apply to last-minute changes.

Cancellations: The deposit will NOT be refunded for that is to cover cost of the supplies. If a cancellation is requested after work has been started, there will be no refunds. If cancellation is requested prior to work being done the deposit paid can be used towards a future order.

Non-edibles: My cakes/cupcakes will occasionally include non-edible items on or in the cake/cupcake. I’ll let you know which pieces cannot be eaten. It is your responsibility to ensure they are removed before serving.

Cake/Cupcake design: I cannot duplicate an exact copy of another cake artist’s work but will ensure the look is similar.
